Services

  • Individual Counseling

If juggling your daily life feels heavy and exhausting, we can work together to find a way to move forward. Sometimes at the root of these feelings are complex family dynamics, relationship struggles or past traumas. Adolescents and adults who are seeking positive changes in how they feel on a daily basis, may benefit from a client-centered approach. So, if you're motivated to make changes in your life but aren't sure where to start, you've come to the right place.

  • Couples Counseling

For couples looking to determine their path forward options may include improving communication, navigating hardships (such as health, parenting concerns and infidelity) or engaging in conflict resolution.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) helps address the negative feelings and associations related to traumatic events. Reminders of those events may leave people feeling on edge, scared, sad or stuck. We can work together to minimize and even eliminate those feelings - often in 1 to 5 sessions.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidenced-based, rapid-eye-movement therapy for the treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, sleep disruptions, self-esteem problems and more.

  • First Responder Wellness Consultations

Wellness consultations are an opportunity for first responders to meet one on one in a confidential setting with a licensed professional. The purpose of the check-in is to provide the individual an opportunity to speak with a clinician and look at current stressors on and off the job, the impact of cumulative stress, and ways to mitigate the long term effects physically and emotionally. The goal is to support the overall health and well-being of the individual and connect them with supports, if desired.
